As in WW2 the whole country must be mobilised and motivated.

There should be an all party War Cabinet dedicated to winning the war. All other Ministries should be subservient to it and nothing should prejudice its efforts. How can we persuade good people to reduce using carbon fuels when, for example, the governments are encouraging the construction and enlargement of airports?

We in Baldernock would like to do our bit. We are now looking at what we can do locally and are trying to build on the spirit shown by our members to show the way in Scotland for communties to avert a disaster here.
